All products are continuously controlled for purity and chemical composition in our laboratory. Such monitoring is performed on the state-of-the-art devices for spectroscopic analysis of the tin-based alloys (SPECTROMAXx F). We also have a spectrophotocolorimeter, high quality muffle furnace, and top-class analytical balances used by our lab staff.
All production and lab equipment is maintained in an excellent condition which ensures consistent, high accuracy measurements performed by our staff. The lab equipment is being continuously expanded and upgraded. All measurements, tests and calibrations are made in conformity with applicable regulations, accepted methodology and requirements of our customers.

The lab staff is suitably qualified to perform the tests. Since 2003 we have been collaborating in the analysis of tin alloys with Trace Analysis Laboratory at the Analytical Chemistry Institute of the Material Science and Ceramics Department of the Stanislaw Staszic University of Mining and Metallurgy in Kraków.
Analysis of the trace element content is performed with atomic absorption spectrometry, and the analysis of the main components with gravimetric method. The collaboration includes also inter-laboratory comparison of the determination of selected metals, which has indicated a satisfactory consistency of results at both labs.
To comply with the customer’s requirements before shipment the tin alloys undergo a chemical composition and purity control, as well as quality and quantity check.
